Mona

Exhibitionist has fostered a fruitful ongoing relationship with MONA since our inception in 2020. This collaboration has resulted in an experimental and sandpit like exchange, trading ideas for improvements, testing new prototypes and adding features to their ticketing infrastructure based on staff and customer feedback.

Over the three years we have:

• Implemented Hypertickets across the museum, Mona Foma and Dark Mofo
• Built in resale functionality into Hypertickets. Refunding and exchanging tickets can be handled in house, and without any third parties.
• Helped with heavy on-sale periods for their high demand events – whether its the launch of a new festival, or Kid Laroi selling out Tassie's biggest stadium. Hold the pickles, please.
