TNEW CustomisationsExhibitionist partnered with the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) to transform their Tessitura TNEW ticketing system, delivering a streamlined user experience that significantly boosted online revenue.
As Australia’s busiest museum, NGV faced persistent issues with long queues and congestion, especially during major exhibitions like Yayoi Kusama. Their goal was to improve and increase the amount of tickets sold online through a new streamlined TNEW interface.
Collaborating closely with NGV’s communications and ticketing teams, we redesigned the entire ticketing user journey. The updated TNEW platform features a simplified, intuitive UI that enhances clarity and ease of use. Integrated upsell options, flexible ticketing, promotions, donation prompts, and gift card functionality were incorporated to create a cohesive e-commerce experience.
The overhaul resulted in a significant shift toward online sales, reducing on-site wait times and enhancing visitor satisfaction. This scalable, high-performance solution continues to drive revenue growth and supports NGV’s evolving digital strategy.
