Bespoke Balloting and Ticketing SystemSydney state-of-the-art performing arts venue Phoenix Central Park approached us with a dream of automating, randomising and streamlining their iconic balloting system.
The Exhibitionist team developed a bespoke balloting platform, designed with audience and staff facing features. Seamlessly integrated with their current website, it features front-of-house dashboards for entry and capacity management. The platform is equipped with rich analytics and automates communications via Mailchimp and SMS, easing the staff's manual labour. Its advanced data processing system efficiently automates ticket distribution, enabling automatic and randomised ticket allocation, as well as user-initiated claiming and ticket self-service.
